There is no need to confirm your reservation. If you need any information, you can login to your account on through your registered credentials and view your bookings under “My Bookings” or call our customer service team It is not necessary to confirm reservations for flights.
Each airline/carrier has different cancellation charges. They are mentioned on the booking page at the time of making reservation. Check the Fare Rules for the booking to get complete information about the airline/carrier cancellation policy. Over and above the airlines cancellation charges, Hotelsandholiday. charges INR 100 as standard cancellation charges for bookings cancelled through our call center
Flight bookings made through our website can be cancelled online or offline.
Offline Cancellation: You can cancel flight bookings by calling our Customer Care number. For cancellations made via the call center, standard cancellation charges of INR 100 will apply over and above the airlines own cancellation charges.
Online Cancellation: To cancel any flight booking (if permitted) and if the travel is more than 24 hours away, Logon to using the same credentials (i.e. email id and password) that were used during the time of booking and select My Booking option where you can view all the bookings done through the credentials. Select the relevant booking that needs to be canceled and click on “Request Change” button and click on on “Send the Request”. You will receive the confirmation of your cancellation within 24
hours. The cancellation charges for online bookings would be as per the cancellation policy applicable for the air ticket booking. Over and above this, a standard charge of INR 100 would be levied by Hotels and Holiday for each cancellation.
A maximum of 9 OR 10 seats can be booked at one time for a single PNR. The break-up of these 15 seats is as follows:
* Maximum of 5 adults at a time (12 years and over in age) .
